  • Smart Fortwo

    Don't look for a smaller model, you certainly won't find one. The Smart Fortwo is 2.50 m long and 1.50 wide (for the first generation) and almost makes a Twingo look like a giant ! Produced in 1998, this two-seater microcitadin was developed by Mercedes and Renault for almost exclusively urban use.

    City driving is precisely the number one enemy of diesel particulate filters. Short journeys and traffic jams contribute to its clogging. Gradually the DPF becomes clogged and the regenerations do not manage to clean it effectively. Your diesel particulate filter then becomes ineffective and must be replaced.
